These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing stores from our website. By accessing or using any part of our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
2. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND PRICING
Prices for our stores and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any website you buy from us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel websites purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
4. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
5. REFUNDS
All sales are final and we do not offer any refunds or exchanges of any sort. You’re able to see a live preview of all the stores in our marketplace so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy a premade store. We do not take responsibility for anything that happens after you’ve bought and signed into the store.
6. RECREATING STORES THAT HAVE BEEN SOLD
Each store is first come first serve, once it’s bought it will not be available again and we will not recreate the same store. We will make stores with the same products but the look and layout will not be the same. So don’t ask. You can view our pricing page for rates on custom built stores if you’d like a store similar to one that has already been sold.
7. BUYING AND SELLING OUR STORES
“You are not supposed to buy and flip or resell any of our premade stores for a profit”, if you are caught doing so your access to our website will be permanently banned. Don’t try using a VPN either because we will catch you. Our stores are for those who want to get into ecommerce and have a nice store already built and selling ready for them. Not for you to resell and make a quick buck.
8. ADDITIONAL CUSTOMIZATION
We don’t offer any additional store customization with your purchase, if you’d like to have more work done to the stores you can contact us with a brief summary of what you’d like done and we will get back to you within 48 hours with a quote. Although we’ve done 99% of the work for you and have included all design and branding files so you shouldn’t need much done after that.
9. GETTING STARTED
All of our stores are built as developer stores, this means they will need to be transferred to you upon purchase so you have full ownership and you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan in order to start selling online. Email us with the account email you will be adding, if we don’t hear from you within the first 24 hours we will reach out to you.

By consenting to Ecomency’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.
Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.
You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
